Welcome to the Liberty Dexter Herd
Liberty Dexter cattle are born and bred in the heart of the Kentish countryside by the Farrant family.
This website is designed to provide you with information on our Liberty Dexter herd and the beef that is produced on our farm in Kent. There is also a collection of our Dexter beef recipes on the website and information on how to start a herd of Dexters.
NEWS!!! Our herd was featured in the Sunday Times newspaper today (17th August). There is a colour photo of Ruby gazing up at Alex who is hiding an apple in his pocket!

Beef will be available next in December, just in time for Christmas!
The herd currently consists of six breeding cows/heifers, all of their offspring and a bull called Merlin. Merlin is available for hire. We have had five calves born this summer; Eros, Emperor, Ebony, Erroll and Eden.
